Initial Consultation (90 minutes)                                               $120.00

Your 90-minute initial consultation will include an introductory assessment along with the formation of a detailed treatment plan which will be sent to you within 24 hours of your appointment. Recipes and any handouts will be included in your treatment plan.

Also included is a follow up 15-minute telephone consultation to provide an opportunity to ask questions if necessary.

Skype or zoom consultations are also available for those client’s who cannot make it to the clinic.

Follow-Up Consultation (60 minutes)                            $90.00

Your 60-minute follow-up consultation will include a detailed evaluation of your current treatment plan, an assessment of how you are managing your plan and the implementation of any necessary changes. Your updated treatment plan will be sent to you within 24 hours of your appointment.

Also included is a follow up 15-minute telephone consultation to provide an opportunity to ask questions if necessary.

Skype or zoom consultations are also available for those client’s who cannot make it to the clinic.
